Small Business Outreach

Agencies are mandated to award at least 23% of contract dollars to small businesses. In order to achieve these goals, there must be a steady stream of qualified contractors to do the work. D2DInc has relationships throughout the small business community, as well as a database of qualified companies who provide a wide variety of products and services. D2DInc helps Agencies find the right small businesses to meet their needs and fulfill their mission requirements.

  • Identify Small Businesses
