Code of Ethics

Clients interests ahead of our own

Our basic responsibility is to put the interests of our client ahead of our own and to serve our clients with integrity and competence.

A proven record of strong ethics

We are particularly proud of our ethics. We have never violated a client confidence, disclosed a competitor’s trade secret, or claimed that we can exert special influence over certain persons or agencies to ensure the award of a contract.

Impartiality

We know that we are being hired for independent judgment and objectivity, technical expertise, professional skills, and concentrated attention to project performance. We will provide those skills. We will be impartial.

Confidentiality

We guard the confidentiality of all client information. We do not take financial gain or any other kind of advantage based on inside information. We will not serve two or more competing clients on sensitive problems without obtaining the approval of each client to do so. We inform our clients of any circumstances that might influence our judgment or objectivity.

Project scope

Before accepting an assignment, we confer with you to understand the project scope. Such preliminary consultations ensure proper planning, accurate schedules, and fair pricing.

We accept only those assignments we are qualified to perform which will provide real benefit to the client. In respect to business and proposal development, we promise work performed to the best of our ability. But we cannot guarantee any specific results and we are not in a position to unduly influence any government or private sector official. We present our qualifications on the basis of competence and experience. We perform each assignment on an individual basis and develop recommendations specifically for the practical solution of each client’s project.
