James Froman, Director

James is a veteran business development, recruitment, and training professional and has been with D2DInc since 2004. His experience goes back to 1987 when he secured his first sales position. He has worked with companies of all sizes in a variety of industries, including government contracting, real estate, financial services, technology, and retail. He is responsible for D2DInc’s government and commercial business development activities and also looks for prime and teaming opportunities for D2DInc’s existing clients. He is highly visible at government industry days and conferences and is well known by both government and commercial persons. He has an in-depth understanding of government contracting, which is supplemented by his broad knowledge of a wide range of industries. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.
